Amelia comes to HRPro with 20 years HR business experience. Ameila is part of our HR Consulting team and is plays a pivotal role in servicing our clients.
Amelia has worked with organizations and supported clients in consumer, retail, healthcare and manufacturing. She has experience in the areas of HR administration including benefits and payroll, process engineering/improvements, and organizational effectiveness. Her career highlights include experiences leading HR process improvements, change management, workforce planning, employee relations, and talent management initiatives for Fortune 500 to small family owned businesses.
Amelia has provided oversight for talent management, strategic business planning and training delivery. She will work with HR clients to support positive employee experiences in their organizations using her multiple certifications in the coaching and development disciplines.
Amelia holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bowling Green State University and CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) Level 1 Certification from the University of Dayton.
